We are mandated by a globally leading commercial real estate advisory platform to hire across Analyst, Associate, and Vice President levels within its New York-based M&A and capital markets team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a top-tier group with backgrounds from leading global and bulge bracket banks, advising institutional clients on complex, high-value transactions across the real estate sector.
The Role
You will play a key role in front-to-end deal execution across a broad range of transactions, including M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and IPOs within the real estate sector. Responsibilities include financial modelling, valuation analysis, preparing client materials, coordinating due diligence, and supporting senior deal leads throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
• 1-6 years of experience in investment banking, ideally within a real estate advisory team
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with real estate exposure preferred
• Solid understanding of real estate markets, transactions, and capital structures
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
